About Posie

Posie is a London based chef, event coordinator and caterer with over 7 years of experience in food, hospitality and event management. Having trained in Somerset aged 18 and worked in places such as Greece, Ibiza, Switzerland and New Delhi; she has developed her love for food and style of cooking through her travels.

In 2019, Posie worked in Delhi as an event and catering manager for a successful company specialising in European cuisine. She recently worked at newly opened restaurant Pali Hill in Fitzrovia specialising in home style Indian cooking. In the 2020 lockdown Posie launched her delivery food service with new menus each week using local and seasonal produce. This has been a great success and has gained a loyal following.
